I have over 25 years of administrative, marketing, and advertising experience, mixed with years of being a small business owner myself.

How I got here
For years, I thought I was just helping owners organize tasks, set up systems, and get their time back. Then I noticed something that changed how I think about business.
When I did a good job and showed appropriate appreciation, people stayed longer. They referred more. They trusted me with more. I wasn’t running a marketing play — I was building connection, and it turned out that connection was the whole growth engine. I’ve built this business 100% on referrals and never spent a dollar on ads.
